The “Young Metabolic Medicine” initiative aims to offer a platform for young colleagues who are interested in metabolic medicine and would like to get involved within the GfAS. The aim is to create an interest group of young metabolic specialists from within the GfAS, which will promote networking and sustainable improvement of training and further education in the field of metabolic medicine.
A flyer is available for download with all the important information about the vision and initial ideas on what the work of Young Metabolic Medicine could look like in concrete terms. The initiators welcome every interested metabolic specialist who would like to contribute to the future of metabolic medicine in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The board supports this initiative and hopes to increase the number of younger members in the GfAS.
