Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your conference registration must be made in writing to studio12 gmbh (office@studio12.at).
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the conference, the participation fee paid in advance will be refunded, less an administration fee of €50 and any bank charges. No refunds will be given after this date.
GfAS Dinner
The conference dinner can be added as an optional extra when registering. The dinner will take place on Thursday, March 4, 2027, at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted for payment of the online registration. The transaction is processed securely via our payment service provider, Stripe.
Confirmation & Invoice
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. An invoice/payment confirmation will be generated automatically and sent to you by email.
