Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of your congress registration must be submitted in writing to studio12 gmbh (office@studio12.at).
For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the congress, the prepaid participation fee will be refunded, minus a processing fee of €50 and any bank charges. After this date, no refunds are possible.
GfAS Dinner
The conference dinner can be added as an optional service during registration. The dinner will take place on March 26, 2026, at the HABEL am Reichstag restaurant.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted for online registration payment. The transaction is securely processed via our payment service provider Stripe.
Confirmation & Invoice
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. An invoice/payment confirmation will be automatically generated and sent via email.
