The Abstracts will be published.
Submission Guidelines
Your abstract will be published exactly as submitted.
When entering your details, please ensure that the name, address and email address of the corresponding author (= the author with a user account) are provided in full and correctly, as all correspondence will be handled via the submitting author.
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
The abstract must be formatted as continuous text and structured into the following sections:
Introduction, Patient(s) and Methods, Results, and Conclusion/Discussion.
- The text must not exceed 350 words or 2,500 characters (including spaces, excluding the abstract title). Please select the abstract text and check the word count via the ‘Tools’ menu/‘Word Count’!
- Graphs, figures and tables are NOT permitted.
- You may choose whether you would prefer to present your paper as an oral presentation or as a poster. The final decision on the presentation format rests with the scientific committee. The number of oral presentations is limited.
- You will be notified by email as to whether your abstract has been accepted. Instructions regarding the presentation of posters and oral presentations will be sent to the authors of accepted papers.
- Please note that, as the presenting author, you must also register for the conference!
Submitting an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.
